Police in Punjab-KP border eliminate 4 terrorists in IBO

Pakistani authorities have stated that, following the receipt of intelligence concerning militant activity, security forces initiated a focused operation (Intelligence-based Operation, IBO) in the Kot Mubarak area of Dera Ghazi Khan, situated in the Punjab-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) border region. During an exchange of fire, four individuals suspected of terrorist affiliations with Fitna al-Khawarij were killed, while several others evaded capture. Law enforcement officials report that weapons and ordnance were recovered from the deceased suspects, and a search and cordon operation is currently in progress to apprehend any remaining members of the organization.
