What happened

A fire broke out on the roof of one of the University of Tuscia’s buildings in Viterbo, Italy. The flames originated from rolls of tar sheeting on the roof of Building C, where renovation work was underway. Firefighters and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) specialists from the Italian Army attended the scene to contain the flames and prevent them from spreading to neighbouring buildings. No victims have been reported at this time. However, a search is underway for one of the workers who was on the roof and is now missing. The news is reported by ANSA.
