What happened

A detonation occurred at a bus terminal in the Brewery Road area of Quetta, resulting in the death of one individual and injuries to four others. The detonation was caused by a magnetic bomb attached to one of the doors of a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was fatally wounded at the scene, while the passenger sustained severe injuries. Three bystanders sustained injuries in the explosion. According to police sources, the attack was a deliberate act involving the detonation of a so-called ‘sticky bomb’ remotely. No party has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
