An explosion occurred in an apartment inside a residential building in Pordenone, Italy. Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters were joined by State Police personnel and proceeded to extinguish the blaze. A 40-year-old male sustained serious injuries in the explosion. For precautionary reasons, the entire building was evacuated. Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, the most probable hypothesis is the explosion of a gas cylinder.
