An explosion of a fuel tank killed 24 people and left dozens seriously injured on a road in the southern peninsula of Haiti. According to local sources, the tanker collided with another vehicle near the municipality of Miragoane, approximately 60 miles to the west of the capital city of Port-au-Prince.
