What happened

According to the Kabul Taliban police spokesman, an explosion occurred in the western part of Kabul city.
The event was caused by the detonation of a magnetic explosive device planted on a passenger vehicle in the Kuti-e-Sangi area, third security district of Kabul city. The explosion killed the vehicle driver and wounded three civilians.
